    Aus der PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM wird der/die beste Fotograf:in ausgewählt, welche den mit CHF 6’000.00 dotierten IPFO SWISS PHOTO AWARD gewinnt.
    Für den 2. Preis besteht ein Preisgeld von CHF 2’500.00 und den 3. Preis CHF 1’500.00.

    Die Bewerbung ist gültig, sobald du das Anmeldeformular ausgefüllt und die Bewerbungsgebühr mit Kreditkarte bezahlt hast.

  • Du lebst in der Schweiz, oder du bist Schweizer:in und lebst im Ausland.
    Es spielt keine Rolle, ob du Profi- oder Hobbyfotograf:in bist.

  • Für die PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM kannst du dich mit freien oder Auftragsarbeiten aus allen Genres der Fotografie bewerben.
    Die hochklassige internationale Jury wird deine Arbeit bewerten und entscheidet, ob du bei PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM dabei bist.

  • Die Bewerbungsgebühr beträgt 70 Franken (inkl. MWST) und muss bei der Anmeldung mit Kreditkarte beglichen werden.

  • Ja, es steht dir frei, ob du mehrere Projekte einreichen willst. Pro Fotograf:in wird jedoch maximal ein Projekt an der PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM gezeigt.
    Ein Projekt besteht aus bis zu 4 Einzelbildern oder Serien mit maximal 4 Bildern. Die Jury kann aber auch nur 1 oder 2 Bilder selektionieren. Dies würden wir dir dann mitteilen, wenn du ausgewählt wirst.

  • Wirst du für die Fotoausstellung PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM ausgewählt, gibt es eine Teilnahmegebühr von CHF 150.00 .
    Dazu kommen die Produktionskosten deiner Bilder. Die Bilder müssen durch unseren Partner Printolino.ch gedruckt werden. Du profitierst dabei von einem Spezialrabatt.

    Pro m2 bezahlst du für ein Bild, welches auf Alu-Dibond und matt laminiert wird ca. CHF 315.– (20% Rabatt schon abgezogen). Dazu kommen pro Bild noch zwei Aufhängeösen für je CHF 7.– (Preise inkl. Mwst). Denke daran, dass wir deine Bilder zum Verkauf anbieten können und du somit die Kosten mehr als wieder reinholen kannst.

  • Unter allen 50 Aussteller:innen vergibt die Jury der besten Fotografin/dem besten Fotografen den IPFO SWISS AWARD, welcher mit einem Preisgeld von CHF 6’000.– dotiert ist.
    Daneben wird ein zweiter Preis von CHF 2’500.– und ein Dritter Preis im Wert von CHF 1’500.– vergeben.
    Alle Preise werden in bar ausbezahlt (via Überweisung).

  • Wenn du für die Ausstellung ausgewählt wirst, senden wir dir eine Anleitung mit den genauen Spezifikationen. Deine Bilder sollten aber mindestens über eine Auflösung von 150dpi bei der von dir im Layout angegebenen Bildgrösse haben.

  • Total sind es 50 Aussteller:innen. Auf eine fixe Anzahl möchten wir uns nicht festlegen, da wir auf Qualität und nicht Quantität setzen. Wir möchten die Fotografien ausstellen, welche die Jury überzeugen.

  • Sobald die Jury alle Arbeiten sichten konnte, teilt das IPFO schriftlich mit, ob du an der diesjährigen PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM ausstellen kannst.
    Die Jurierung startet Ende Juni 2023. Bis spätestens Mitte Juli 2023 solltest du von uns Bescheid bekommen ob du es geschafft hast oder nicht.

  • Du wirst schriftlich darüber informiert. Wichtig ist, du gehst bei einer Ablehnung nicht leer aus. Wir laden dich am Samstag Nachmittag 26.08.23 zum exklusiven Talk ein, an dem einige Jury Mitglieder teilnehmen werden.
    Dabei verlosen wir auch eine Fujifilm Kamera. Im Anschluss an den Talk spendieren wir einen Apéro an der PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM.

  • Ja, du kannst innerhalb von fünf Tagen nach Erhalt der finalen Teilnahmebestätigung schriftlich und ohne Begründung von der Teilnahme an der PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM zurücktreten. Die Anmeldegebühr von CHF 70.– wird aber nicht zurückerstattet.

  • Widerspricht deine Arbeit dem Qualitätsanspruch oder den technischen Richtlinien darf IPFO eine Absage ohne Begründung erteilen.

  • Die Herstellung der Bilder erfolgt ausschliesslich durch unseren Partner Printolino.ch. Du musst für die Kosten aufkommen, profitierst dabei aber von einem interessanten Rabatt.

  • Deine Präsentationsfläche darf nicht mit Visitenkarten, Flyern oder anderem Werbematerial bestückt werden. Die Bio wird mit deiner Website und einem QR-Code für deine Webadresse versehen.

  • Mit dem Einreichen deiner Bewerbung überträgst du die kostenlosen Nutzungsrechte deiner Arbeit an IPFO. Du gibst dich damit einverstanden, dass deine Bilder und Informationen im Rahmen der Fotoausstellung PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM für elektronische Medien, für Werbezwecke sowie für die Pressearbeit frei verwendet werden dürfen. Wenn immer es möglich ist, werden wir das Copyright erwähnen. 
    Es besteht jedoch kein Anspruch auf Medien- oder Bildpräsenz.

  • Die Vermarktung der Fotoausstellung obliegt ausschließlich der IPFO. Den Teilnehmern der PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM ist es untersagt, ihren Stand in irgendeiner Form zu vermarkten oder Sponsoren einzubinden.

  • IPFO ist berechtigt, Skizzen, Pläne, Fotos und Videos von den Ständen anzufertigen, die für eigene Zwecke, die Website, PR oder die Presse verwendet werden können.

L'exposition PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM montre les œuvres de 50 artistes sélectionnés par un jury international de haut niveau et présentées dans une ambiance impressionnante, ici à Olten, en plein air. Parmi les PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM, le/la meilleur(e) photographe sera sélectionné(e) et remportera le IPFO SWISS PHOTO AWARD, doté de 6000 CHF. Le 2e prix est doté de 2 500 CHF et le 3e prix de 1 500 CHF.

  • Pour PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM, tu peux poser ta candidature avec des travaux libres ou de commande dans tous les genres de la photographie. Le jury international de haut niveau évaluera ton travail et décidera si tu peux participer à PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM.

  • Les frais de candidature s'élèvent à 70 francs (TVA comprise) et doivent être réglés par carte de crédit lors de l'inscription.

  • Oui, tu es libre de présenter plusieurs projets. Cependant, un seul projet maximum par photographe:in sera présenté à PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM.
    Un projet comprend jusqu'à 4 photos individuelles ou des séries de 4 photos maximum. Mais le jury peut aussi ne sélectionner qu'une ou deux images. Nous te le ferons savoir si tu es sélectionné.

  • Si tu es sélectionné pour l'exposition photo PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM, il y a des frais de participation de 150 CHF, auxquels s'ajoutent les frais de production de tes photos. Les photos doivent être imprimées par notre partenaire Printolino.ch. Tu profites alors d'une remise spéciale.

    Par m2, tu paieras environ 315 CHF pour une image laminée sur alu-dibond et laminée en mat (20% de réduction déjà déduits). A cela s'ajoutent deux œillets de suspension par image, pour un montant de 7 CHF chacun (prix incl. TVA).

    N'oublie pas que nous pouvons proposer tes images à la vente et que tu peux ainsi largement récupérer les frais engagés.

  • Parmi les 50 exposants, le jury décernera au meilleur photographe le IPFO SWISS AWARD, doté d'un prix de 6000 CHF. En outre, un deuxième prix de 2 500 CHF et un troisième prix d'une valeur de 1 500 CHF seront décernés.Tous les prix seront payés en espèces (via un virement).

  • Si tu es sélectionné pour l'exposition, nous t'enverrons des instructions avec les spécifications exactes. Mais tes images doivent avoir au moins une résolution de 150dpi pour la taille d'image que tu as indiquée dans la mise en page.

  • Au total, il y a 50 exposants. Nous ne voulons pas nous engager sur un nombre fixe, car nous misons sur la qualité et non sur la quantité. Nous souhaitons exposer les photographies qui ont convaincu le jury.

  • Dès que le jury aura pu examiner tous les travaux, l'IPFO t'informera par écrit si tu peux exposer à PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM cette année. Le jury commencera fin juin 2023. Nous devrions te faire savoir au plus tard mi-juillet 2023 si tu as été retenu ou non.

  • Tu seras informé par écrit. Ce qui est important, c'est que tu ne repartiras pas les mains vides en cas de refus. Nous t'invitons le samedi après-midi 26/08/23 à une discussion exclusive à laquelle participeront quelques membres du jury. Nous tirerons également au sort un appareil photo Fujifilm. Après le talk, nous offrirons un apéro à PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM.

  • Oui, tu peux annuler ta participation à PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM par écrit et sans justification dans les cinq jours suivant la réception de la confirmation finale de ta participation. Cependant, les frais d'inscription de 70 CHF ne seront pas remboursés.

  • Si ton travail va à l'encontre des exigences de qualité ou des directives techniques, IPFO est en droit d'émettre un refus sans justification.

  • La fabrication des images est assurée exclusivement par notre partenaire Printolino.ch.
    Tu dois payer les frais, mais tu profites d'un rabais intéressant.

  • Ton espace de présentation ne doit pas être rempli de cartes de visite, de flyers ou de tout autre matériel publicitaire. La bio sera dotée de ton site web et d'un code QR pour ton adresse web.

  • En soumettant ta candidature, tu cèdes les droits d'utilisation gratuits de ton travail à IPFO. Tu acceptes que tes images et informations soient utilisées librement dans le cadre de l'exposition photo PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM pour les médias électroniques, à des fins publicitaires ainsi que pour le travail de presse. Dans la mesure du possible, nous mentionnerons le copyright. Il n'existe cependant aucun droit à une présence médiatique ou photographique.

  • La commercialisation de l'exposition photo incombe exclusivement à IPFO. Il est interdit aux participants de PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM de commercialiser leur stand de quelque manière que ce soit ou d'impliquer des sponsors.

  • IPFO est autorisé à réaliser des croquis, des plans, des photos et des vidéos des stands, qui peuvent être utilisés à des fins personnelles, sur le site Internet, pour les relations publiques ou dans la presse.

The PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM exhibition shows the works of 50 artists selected by a high-level international jury and presented in an impressive atmosphere here in Olten, in the open air. From the PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM, the best photographer will be selected and will win the IPFO SWISS PHOTO AWARD, endowed with 6000 CHF. The 2nd prize is CHF 2,500 and the 3rd prize CHF 1,500.

  • Yes, you are free to submit multiple projects. However, a maximum of one project per photographer will be shown at PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM. A project consists of up to 4 single images or series with a maximum of 4 images. The jury can also select only 1 or 2 images. We will let you know if you are selected.

  • If you are selected for the PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM photo exhibition, there will be a participation fee of CHF 150.00.

    In addition, there are the production costs of your pictures. The pictures have to be printed by our partner Printolino.ch. You will benefit from a special discount.

    Per m2 you pay for a picture, which is mounted on Alu-Dibond and matt laminated approx. CHF 315.- (20% discount already deducted). In addition, there are two hanging eyes per picture for CHF 7.- each (incl. VAT).

    Remember, we can offer your images for sale and you can more than recoup the cost.

  • Among all 50 exhibitors, the jury will award the IPFO SWISS AWARD to the best photographer, with a prize money of CHF 6,000.

  • If you are selected for the exhibition, we will send you instructions with the exact specifications. However, your images should have at least 150dpi resolution at the image size you specify in the layout.

  • There will be a total of 50 exhibitors. We do not want to commit to a fixed number, because we focus on quality and not quantity. We want to exhibit the photographs that convince the jury.

  • As soon as the jury has reviewed all the works, the IPFO will inform you in writing whether you can exhibit at this year's PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM. The judging will start at the end of June 2023 and you should hear from us by mid-July 2023 at the latest whether you have made it or not.

  • You will be informed in writing. It is important to note that you will not be left empty-handed in case of rejection. We invite you on Saturday afternoon 26.08.23 to the exclusive talk, in which some jury members will participate.
    We will also raffle a Fujifilm camera. After the talk we will have an aperitif at the PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM.

  • Yes, you can cancel your participation in PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM in writing and without giving reasons within five days after receiving the final confirmation of participation. However, the registration fee of CHF 70.- will not be refunded.

  • If your work does not meet the quality requirements or the technical guidelines, IPFO may issue a rejection without giving reasons.

  • The production of the images is done exclusively by our partner Printolino.ch. You have to pay for the costs, but you benefit from an interesting discount.

  • Your presentation space may not be populated with business cards, flyers or other promotional material. The bio will be tagged with your website and a QR code for your web address.

  • By submitting your application, you transfer the free rights to use your work to IPFO. You agree that your images and information may be used freely in the context of the PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM photo exhibition for electronic media, for advertising purposes and for press work. Whenever possible, we will mention the copyright. However, there is no claim to media or image presence.

  • The marketing of the photo exhibition is the sole responsibility of IPFO. Participants of PhotoVille4600 by FUJIFILM are prohibited from marketing their booth in any way or involving sponsors.

  • IPFO is entitled to make sketches, plans, photos and videos of the stands, which can be used for its own purposes, the website, PR or the press.
