Hi! I'm Zimy, I'm a Swiss filmmaker and photographer from the Lausanne region. I often say that I was "born in the mountains and raised by the sea" because I grew up in the Swiss Alps, but the ocean is the place where I feel most alive! 

My deep passion for adventure and nature has naturally influenced my work for the wild world and its protection. Today, I spend my time creating films and images around the globe to capture the beauty of the creatures that inhabit our planet, to raise awareness and educate people about the environmental issues facing the wild world today. 

Apart from creating beautiful images, I am deeply convinced that a camera is the most powerful weapon to educate people and change things.
