Zum vierten Mal bietet das International Photo Festival einen exklusiven Einblick in das Schaffen talentierter und inspirierender Fotograf:innen – diesmal auf internationaler Ebene und bewertet von einer hochkarätigen, internationalen Jury. Während des diesjährigen Festivals werden über vier Tage hinweg rund 50 ausgewählte Werke in einer aussergewöhnlichen Aussenausstellung präsentiert. Das neue internationale Format eröffnet spannende Perspektiven und fördert den kreativen Austausch zwischen Künstler:innen aus aller Welt.

Das Preisgeld in der Höhe von CHF 15’000.00 wird von der Hans und Beatrice Maurer-Billeter-Stiftung gespendet.

KATEGORIENSIEGER
Aus den Einsendungen werden in jeder Kategorie die besten Fotograf:innen ausgewählt. Diese erhalten einen Preis von CHF 1500.00

In jeder Kategorie wird ein Nachwuchspreis vergeben. Als Fotograf:in bis zum Ende des 25. Altersjahres, hast du die Möglichkeit CHF 500.00 zu gewinnen und wir schenken dir die Teilnahmegebühr, solltest du ausgewählt werden und es in die Ausstellung schaffen.

Facts & Figures

  • Pro Registrierung kannst du 1-6 Einzelbilder oder eine Serie mit bis zu 6 Bildern hochladen.
    Es steht dir frei, danach noch weitere Registrierungen vorzunehmen. Die Preise siehst du unter Bewerbungsgebühr.

  • Wir haben verschiedene Kategorien. Für jede Kategorie haben wir drei Jurymitglieder. Die Kategorien sind:

    NATURE Hier sind Kategorien wie Landschaft, Natur, Tiere in ihrer Umwelt zusammengefasst.

    REPORTAGEN + STORYTELLING Dazu gehören Dokumentarfotografie und Fotojournalismus.

    PORTRAIT In dieser Kategorie suchen wir die besten Porträts von Menschen. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, ob sie im Studio oder im Freien entstanden sind.

    OPEN Hier suchen wir Fotografien aus den Bereichen Architektur, künstlerische und konzeptionelle Fotografie, Food, Fine Art, etc.

    STREET In der Kategorie Street suchen wir das beste aus der Strassenfotografie.

    KI Hier werden Bilder gezeigt, die nicht mit einer Kamera, sondern mit Hilfe von KI entstanden sind. Zudem werden hier auch Bilder akzeptiert, welche Elemente enthalten, die durch KI hinzugefügt wurden.

  • Wie jedes Jahr wollen wir eine hochkarätige Jury, die eure Bilder bewertet. Dieses Jahr haben wir folgendes Team am Start:

  • Du kannst jedes Bild, das du hochlädst, einer Kategorie zuordnen. Die Preise für die Einreichung sind wie folgt.

    1-2 Bilder: CHF 60.–
    3-4 Bilder: CHF 95.–
    5-6 Bilder: CHF 125.–

  • Wenn du von der Jury ausgewählt wirst, übernehmen wir die Kuration. Unser Ziel ist es, deine Bilder in bester Qualität in der Aussenaustellung während dem Festival zu zeigen.

  • Die Teilnahmegebühr beträgt CHF 170.- (inkl. MwSt.), wenn du für die Fotoausstellung PHOTOVILLE4600 ausgewählt wirst. Bist du jünger als 25 Jahre, wird keine Teilnahmegebühr erhoben.

    In diesem Preis inbegriffen sind:

    • Organisation/Kommunikation

    • Jurierung und Kuration

    • Auf- und Abbau der Ausstellung

    • Betreuung der Ausstellung

    • Werbung und PR

    • Abwicklung Verkauf von Bildern, falls gewünscht

    • Vernissage


    Die Produktionskosten der Bilder trägst Du selber, dafür gehören die Bilder dir und Du kannst sie über unseren Online Shop verkaufen.
    Wir möchten nur Bilder zeigen, die in bester Qualität gedruckt sind. Deshalb musst du die Bilder bei unserem Partner Printolino.ch zu einem Sonderpreis drucken lassen.

    Pro m2 zahlst du für ein Bild (auf Alu-Dibond aufgezogen und matt laminiert) ungefähr CHF 355.00 (Rabatt bereits abgezogen). Zusätzlich gibt es pro Bild zwei Aufhänger für je CHF 7.00 (inkl. MwSt.).

  • Die Hans und Beatrice Maurer-Billeter Stiftung unterstützt uns mit einer Preissumme von insgesamt CHF 15'000.00.

    Die Gewinner:innen jeder Kategorie erhalten ein Preisgeld von CHF 1500.00. Aus den Gewinnern wird im Anschluss der IPFO SWISS PHOTO AWARD und der IPFO PHOTO AWARD vergeben. Diese sind jeweils mit CHF 1500.00 dotiert.

    Der Förderpreis richtet sich an Fotograf:innen unter 25 Jahren. Der Förderpreis ist in jeder Kategorie mit CHF 500.00 dotiert.

    Die Hans und Beatrice Maurer-Billeter-Stiftung besteht seit 2007 und wurde von Beatrice Maurer gegründet, die zusammen mit ihrem Mann die «Hans Maurer AG» in Däniken führte. Zweck der Stiftung ist die Förderung von Kultur, Wissenschaft und Humanität.

For the fourth time, the International Photo Festival is offering an exclusive insight into the work of talented and inspiring photographers – this time on an international level and judged by a high-profile, international jury. During the festival, around 50 selected works will be presented in an extraordinary outdoor exhibition over four days. The new international format opens up exciting perspectives and promotes creative exchange between artists from all over the world.

The grant of CHF 15,000.00 will be donated by the Hans and Beatrice Maurer-Billeter-Foundation.

YOUNG ARTISTS AWARD
A young artists' award will be presented in each category. If you are a photographer up to the age of 25, you have the opportunity to win CHF 500.00 and we will cover your entry fee if you are selected and make it into the exhibition.

CATEGORY WINNERS
The best photographers in each category will be selected from the entries. They will receive a prize of CHF 1500.00.

IPFO PHOTO AWARD
The best photographer will be selected from the entries and will win the IPFO PHOTO AWARD, worth CHF 1,500.00.

IPFO SWISS PHOTO AWARD
The best photographer from Switzerland will be selected from the entries and will win the IPFO SWISS PHOTO AWARD, worth CHF 1,500.00.

Facts & Figures

  • You can upload 1-6 single images or a series of up to 6 images per registration.

    You are free to make further registrations afterwards. You can see the prices under application fee.

  • We have different categories. For each category, we have three jury members. The categories are:

    • NATURE: This category includes landscapes, nature, and animals in their environment.

    • REPORTAGE + STORYTELLING: This includes documentary photography and photojournalism.

    • PORTRAIT: In this category, we are looking for the best portraits of people. It does not matter whether they were taken in a studio or outside.

    • OPEN: Here we are looking for photographs in the fields of architecture, artistic and conceptual photography, food, fine art, etc.

    • STREET: In the street category, we are looking for the best in street photography.

    • AI: This category showcases images that were not taken with a camera, but with the help of AI. We also accept images that contain elements added by AI.

  • As every year, we want a high-caliber jury to evaluate your images. This year we have the following team:

  • You can assign each image you upload to a category. The prices for submission are as follows.

    1-2 images: CHF 60.00

    3-4 images: CHF 95.00

    5-6 images: CHF 125.00

  • Monday, June 9th, 2025, 12:00 pm

  • If you are selected by the jury, we will take over the curation. Our goal is to show your images in the best quality in the outdoor exhibition during the festival.

  • The participation fee is CHF 170 (incl. VAT) if you are selected for the PHOTOVILLE4600 photo exhibition. If you are under 25 years of age, no participation fee will be charged.

    This price includes:

    • Organization/communication

    • Judging and curation

    • Setting up and dismantling the exhibition

    • Looking after the exhibition

    • Advertising and PR

    • Processing Sale of images, if desired

    • Vernissage


    You bear the production costs of the images yourself, but the images belong to you and you can sell them through our online store. 
    We only want to show images that are printed in the best quality. Therefore, you have to have the images printed by our partner Printolino.ch at a special price.

    You pay approximately CHF 355.00 (already discounted) per square meter for a picture (mounted on aluminum dibond and matt laminated). In addition, there are two hangers for each picture for CHF 7.00 (incl. VAT) each.

  • The Hans and Beatrice Maurer-Billeter Foundation supports us with a total prize money of CHF 15,000.

    The winners in each category receive prize money of CHF 1500.00. From among the winners, the IPFO SWISS PHOTO AWARD and the IPFO PHOTO AWARD are then presented. These are each endowed with CHF 1500.00.

    The sponsorship award is aimed at photographers under the age of 25. The sponsorship award is endowed with CHF 500.00 in each category.

    The Hans and Beatrice Maurer-Billeter Foundation has existed since 2007 and was founded by Beatrice Maurer, who together with her husband ran “Hans Maurer AG” in Däniken. The purpose of the foundation is to promote culture, science and humanity.

Pour la quatrième fois, l'International Photo Festival offre un aperçu exclusif du travail de photographes talentueux et inspirants - cette fois-ci au niveau international et évalué par un jury international de haut niveau. Pendant le festival de cette année, une cinquantaine d'œuvres sélectionnées seront présentées pendant quatre jours dans une exposition extérieure exceptionnelle. Ce nouveau format international ouvre des perspectives passionnantes et encourage l'échange créatif entre les artistes du monde entier.

Le prix d'un montant de 15 000 CHF est offert par la Fondation Hans et Beatrice Maurer-Billeter.

PRIX DE LA RELÈVE
Un prix pour les jeunes talents sera décerné dans chaque catégorie. En tant que photographe jusqu'à l'âge de 25 ans, tu as la possibilité de gagner 500 CHF et nous t'offrons les frais de participation si tu es sélectionné et que tu participes à l'exposition.

Les meilleurs photographes de chaque catégorie seront sélectionnés parmi les envois. Ceux-ci recevront un prix de CHF 1500.00

Parmi les envois, le/la meilleur(e) photographe sera sélectionné(e) et remportera l'IPFO PHOTO AWARD, doté de 1500 CHF.

  • Tu peux télécharger de 1 à 6 images individuelles ou une série de 6 images maximum par enregistrement.

    Tu es libre d'effectuer d'autres enregistrements par la suite. Tu peux voir les prix dans la rubrique frais de dossier.

  • Nous avons différentes catégories. Pour chaque catégorie, nous avons trois membres du jury. Les catégories sont :

    • NATURE: Cette catégorie comprend les paysages, la nature et les animaux dans leur environnement.

    • REPORTAGE + STORYTELLING: Cette catégorie comprend la photographie documentaire et le photojournalisme.

    • PORTRAIT: Dans cette catégorie, nous recherchons les meilleurs portraits de personnes. Peu importe qu'ils aient été pris dans un studio ou à l'extérieur.

    • OPEN: Nous recherchons ici des photographies dans les domaines de l'architecture, de la photographie artistique et conceptuelle, de la nourriture, des beaux-arts, etc.

    • STREET: Dans la catégorie street, nous recherchons le meilleur de la photographie de rue.

    • AI: Cette catégorie met en valeur les images qui n'ont pas été prises avec un appareil photo, mais avec l'aide de l'IA. Nous acceptons également les images qui contiennent des éléments ajoutés par l'IA.

  • Comme chaque année, nous souhaitons qu'un jury de haut niveau évalue tes images. Cette année, nous avons l'équipe suivante :

  • Les frais de participation s'élèvent à 170 francs suisses (TVA incluse) si tu es sélectionné pour l'exposition de photos PHOTOVILLE4600. Si tu as moins de 25 ans, aucun frais de participation ne te sera demandé.

    Ce prix comprend :

    • Organisation/communication

    • Le jugement et la conservation

    • Le montage et le démontage de l'exposition

    • L'entretien de l'exposition

    • Publicité et relations publiques

    • Traitement Vente des images, si souhaité

    • Vernissage

    Tu supportes toi-même les coûts de production des images, mais celles-ci t'appartiennent et tu peux les vendre par le biais de notre boutique en ligne. 
    Nous ne voulons montrer que des images imprimées dans la meilleure qualité possible. C'est pourquoi tu dois faire imprimer les images par notre partenaire Printolino.ch à un prix spécial.

    Tu paies environ 355 francs (déjà réduits) par mètre carré pour une image (montée sur dibond aluminium et laminée mat). À cela s'ajoutent deux cintres pour chaque tableau au prix de 7,00 francs suisses (TTC) l'unité.

  • La Fondation Hans et Beatrice Maurer-Billeter nous soutient avec un prix total de 15 000 francs.

    Les lauréats de chaque catégorie reçoivent un prix de 1500 francs suisses. Parmi les lauréats, le prix IPFO SWISS PHOTO AWARD et le prix IPFO PHOTO AWARD sont ensuite décernés. Ils sont dotés chacun d'un montant de CHF 1500.00.

    Le prix du parrainage s'adresse aux photographes de moins de 25 ans. Le prix du parrainage est doté de 500 francs suisses dans chaque catégorie.

    La fondation Hans et Beatrice Maurer-Billeter existe depuis 2007 et a été créée par Beatrice Maurer, qui dirigeait avec son mari la société « Hans Maurer AG » à Däniken. Le but de la fondation est de promouvoir la culture, la science et l'humanité.
